GUSS-EX – We know it all about castings
The company GUSS-EX Sp. z o.o. supplies the Polish and European market since 1989 with grey cast iron castings, ductile (nodular) iron castings and aluminium castings. We provide grey cast iron castings class EN-GJL-200 and 250 and ductile (nodular) iron castings class EN-GJS-400-15, EN-GJS-500-7, EN-GJS-600-3. The castings are treated mechanically on CNC machines, electro-chemically and refined with finishing treatment.
Castings in huge and mid-sized production series weighing from 0,5 kg to 35 kg from Disamatic forming lines are formed on sheets sized 400x500, 480x600, 540x675, 600x775 as well as on horizontal forming machines in forming boxes sized 800x650x2x300 and 850x750 2x 250.
Castings in single quantities or small series, weighing up to 3500 kg are formed manually on shock forming machines or in chemically hardening masses. Cores are produced with hot-box or cold-box method.
For all the above mentioned technologies we produce casting tools according to the needs, made of wood, resin or metal.
Castings weighing up to 80 kg are treated mechanically on machines controlled numerically.
Aluminium castings are produced in sand forms, gravity die and pressure forms. The most common alloys are Al-Si and Zn-Al with a mass from a few to 90 N for high-pressure technology and up to 400 N in sand forms.
All the delivered castings are put under surface electrochemical treatment (like KTL, galvanazing zinc-plating, nitrification, etc.), thermal treatment, as well as painted with immersing, showering or powdering methods, as the client’s demands require it.
The basic recipients of our products are producers active in the branch of motors, electronic technology, gas supply equipment, machine building industry, water-sewage industry and control-measurement apparatus.
